With experience across markets, including multifamily (new and rehab), hospitality, commercial, retail, and healthcare, our people have built their careers around a strong work ethic, honesty, and attention to detail. We are committed to safety and maintain a safe jobsite through diligent supervision and a thorough understanding of codes and best practices. Our team also utilizes up-to-the-minute technology for quality control, daily reporting and communication. Our field team takes pride in their work and it shows.
THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT STAFF at Skybeck Construction is committed to bringing each project to completion on schedule and in budget. Our management staff is responsible for planning, estimating, procurement, scope writing, contract negotiation and conflict resolution and works closely with our field team to ensure a successful project.
Clients appreciate our open door approach to project management. Our innovative online management system gives our clients ready access to up-to-the-minute information so they can track progress and make informed decisions. Our accounting system allows our financial and management reports to be seamlessly integrated.
OUR OFFICE STAFF provides the back end support needed to ensure that each of our construction projects is carefully and properly managed. Our accounting team handles the finances of each project with thoroughness, accuracy, and timeliness. Skybeck also partners with third party consultants to provide expert oversight for certain aspects of our business, including contract compliance for our subcontractors’ certificates of insurance, IT support, legal counsel, and accounting.
Owner & President
AS OWNER & PRESIDENT of Skybeck Construction, Adam Nyer is involved in every aspect of the company’s operations. Adam’s experience within the construction and development industry ranges from multifamily apartment developments to multimillion dollar commercial projects. He has worked as a field engineer, superintendent, and project manager and has successfully managed approximately $200 million in ground-up construction projects both as a general contractor and a developer. Adam has experience in larger markets such as Los Angeles, Chicago, and Austin as well as in smaller secondary markets in Texas such as Brownsville, San Marcos and Laredo. In addition to his on-site experience, he holds a degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University.
