Opportunities Include:

Project Manager overseeing projects ranging from $10 to $30 Million throughout the Central Texas area


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Estimating and negotiating subcontract awards and managing budgets
  • Processing construction documents: Submittals, RFI’s & Change Orders
  • Coordination with project owners and design team
  • Reviewing pay application and preparing monthly draws
  • Developing subcontractor scopes and contract writing
  • Scheduling and resource management
  • Quality control planning and tracking
  • Developing management systems to streamline activities and increase efficiency
  • Prepare closeout documentation


Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in construction engineering or related
  • 5+ year experience with a general contractor in the construction industry (Preferably Commercial, Multi-family or Hospitality)
  • Strong leadership, organizational and decision making skills
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally in a team environment
  • Customer service oriented and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office (all products)
  • An understanding of construction concepts, including the ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience with problem solving and managing multiple tasks continually
  • Self-motivated/ Entrepreneurial
