Talavera Lofts is a 5-story urban structure located in the Plaza Saltillo area of Austin, TX. The project is conveniently located adjacent to Cap Metro and the Urban Hike and Bike Trail for easy access to the surrounding community. The concrete podium supports the structural steel and wood framing above.
The interiors are composed of contemporary cabinets, quartz countertops and showers with tile surrounds.
Amenities include an elevated exterior terrace for lounging, a community room, fitness center, bike storage, community laundry and trash chutes.
This project achieved an Austin Energy Green Building one-star rating due to features like a rain garden for water quality.
