Adam Nyer
Founder/CEO

Adam founded SKYBECK in 2010. Under his leadership, SKYBECK has grown into one of the preeminent multifamily builders in Central Texas. Adam grew up in Austin and graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Construction Engineering and Management. He and his wife are the proud parents of 2 beautiful girls and one rambunctious boy.

Wes Ramsey
VP of Operations

Mr. Ramsey oversees construction operations in the Central Texas area. With 25 years of experience in multifamily and commercial construction, his technical knowledge of building is unparalleled. His positive attitude and supportive spirit have set an extremely high bar for the leadership standards at SKYBECK. Born in the small town of Perrin, TX, Wes and his wife are the proud parents of 4 boys.

Derek Sain
VP of Construction

Derek oversees construction management in the Central Texas area. With a Masters in Building Construction from Auburn University and over 14 years in construction, Derek has been instrumental in developing SKYBECK’s Gold Standards for quality control and construction engineering. Derek grew up in Hoover, AL and is married with 3 beautiful girls.
