This boutique apartment home community in the Northwest Hills of San Antonio offers 145 units in three and four-story split-level buildings with clay tile roofs and a stone and stucco façade. The site amenities include a clubhouse, an outdoor fireplace, a cabana, a pool, a dog park and attached and detached garages. The project presented the challenge of scheduling and sequencing multiple retaining and foundation walls on a very small site.
