The Northstar project was completed in early 2021 and consists of 2 three-story wood framed buildings totaling 210 units. The overall design of the project was geared towards active seniors. The interiors are composed of contemporary cabinets, 2 cm granite countertops and showers with tile surrounds. The exterior façade consists of a combination of brick masonry and siding, metal awnings, asphalt shingles and metal roof accents. Amenities include a spacious two-story clubhouse with a large kitchen, separate fitness and yoga rooms, a theater room, a game room and a large lounge area. The clubhouse leads to a large pool with a heated spa, grilling station, and outdoor restroom. Additional amenities include covered outdoor lounge areas, an outdoor firepit, separate outdoor exercise area, putting green, dog park, bocce ball court and pickleball courts.
