The Montopolis Apartments are an affordable housing development in southeast Austin, consisting of five (5) four-story apartment buildings, a clubhouse, maintenance building, and a pump house. Due to the project site being located directly off of the frontage road of Highway 71, the civil design had to incorporate the use of a large water quality and detention pond to handle the amount of drainage required on site. Construction started in November of 2021 and tenants began moving in August of 2022. Residents of the Montopolis Apartments now enjoy a spacious clubhouse, pool, pool pavilion, dog park, and playground to enhance their stay at this community.
