The Oaks at Marketplace was SKYBECK’s 3rd project built in the city of Kyle and our most successful to date. The project’s “Gurban” design consisted of a single three-story building with two courtyards surrounded by surface parking. The amenities included a pool, club area, fitness room, conference room, theater and media room, dog park and BBQ area. The project was completed in just over 14 months.
