Skybeck received final Certificates of Occupancy at RBJ C-block, now called The Weaver, from the City of Austin. C-block is the market rate component of the RBJ Redevelopment project and its pavilion will be the main point of gathering for the site. The project has retail and restaurant space, multiple courtyards, a gathering pavilion, and lots of great amenities to go along with the 250 luxury apartment units.
This project achieved an Austin Energy Green Building one-star rating due to features that included rain water collection and solar heated pool.
