The Saint Mary Apartments were completed in 2019 and consist of 240 units accentuated by a clean and contemporary design in Southwest Austin. The unit interiors boasted polished concrete floors, white cabinets, white quartz countertops and tile bathroom floors while the exteriors were comprised primarily of stucco and stone with steel and wood accents. The project offers additional amenities such as infinity edge pool, outdoor living and a 1st class fitness facility. One building included a below grade parking structure which added a unique element to a traditional garden style design.
The project was able to achieve a one star rating by Austin Green Building.
