The Roz is a single building transitional housing complex with 25 units on each of its 4 floors. Each open floor plan studio unit comes partially furnished and includes dedicated in-wall HVAC units, granite countertops, vinyl plank and ceramic tile flooring, ample storage space, and a bike storage area. Amenities include an enclosed/secure exterior courtyard, cyber lounge, fitness center, gathering space, and several private case manager and telehealth spaces available for use by residents as needed.
