Vi Colina Apartments is a luxury affordable community located southeast of Downtown Austin. The units include granite countertops, tile backsplashes, E-star appliances and faux wood plank throughout. A unique feature of construction was the large underground concrete vault that provided both water quality and detention for the project.
This project was able to achieve a one-star rating by Austin Energy Green Building and a certificate from the National Green Building Standard.
