THE STRAND

The Strand Apartments consist of all three-story apartment buildings built within a stone’s throw of I-35. The project was completed in 11 months and there was enough savings for the owner to upgrade several aspects of the project including granite countertops, a dog park and a dog wash.

MISSION HILL 2

This is the second phase to the original project SKYBECK built in 2013. This phase complimented the architectural elements of Phase 1 with an updated aesthetic. Updated amenities include a lazy river pool, and open-air cabana and a community garden with rainwater harvesting.

THE SAGE

The Sage was another successful project built along I-35. The project consisted of all three-story product with amenities including a sand volleyball court, a playground and a pool.
